Have a Texas-sized appetite but living in NYC? Cici’s Pizza, the Texas-based national chain, opened its first location in New York City on Monday on E. Gun Hill Road in the Bronx.
By the time the doors opened at 11 a.m., 200 people were in line.
The first 100 customers received special passes that are good for one free adult buffet every month for a year.
Though Cici’s prize is unbeatable, one thing’s for sure, their pizza doesn’t does not compare to a real slice of Pizza from one of NYC’s many Pizza shops.
Cici’s offers 28 different kinds of pizza in a buffet format with pasta, soup, salad and dessert for $6.99 for adults and $3.99 for children.

The bottom of the pizza, called the “crust”, may vary widely according to style—thin as in a typical hand-tossed pizza or Roman pizza, or thick as in a typical pan pizza or Chicago-style pizza. It is traditionally plain, but may also be seasoned with garlic or herbs, or stuffed with cheese.
